Message: "This shareware version of TsiLang..."

Post by Christian Jehle »

Hello,

I bought the TsiLang Components for Delphi.
I first used a the trial version. I uninstalled the trial and installed the full version.

After my Programm starts and i push a button i get the Message that this is the Trial version of TsiLang and i should register.

What is wrong?

best regards

Hello,

Did you uninstall trial version before installing the registered one? Did you re-build your project after installing registered version?
Best regards,

Yes I uninstalled the trial version and installed the registered one.
After that i rebuild my complete projekt. But the Message still appears.
Maybe a registry entry not correct set or removed?

There is no any registry keys checking performed. It just looks like somewhere on your drive trial DCU still presents. Please try the following:
1. Uninstall TsiLang
2. Delete ALL files if anything left in TsiLang folder. Also please be sure there are no any SICOMP.DCU file on your drive.
3. Install registered version.
4. Re-build your project.

Please let me know if this helps.
Best regards,
Igor Siticov.

I uninstalled the Component and deleted the TSI Lang folder in the Program File folder. I searched my hdd for the named file: SICOMP.DCU
found nothing! I reinstalled the registered komponent, rebuild my Projekt but the same Error occurs ...

I got it!
A environment variable was set to the old folder (I installed the test version to C:\DelphiTest\ and the new version in the Program folder).
The environment variable was set to the new AND to the old folder!

thanks,
