I can suggest you the following:
1. Save translations from TsiLang on this form to external file.
2. Delete TsiLang from this form.
3. Place new TsiLang on this form.
4. Check if "problematic" translations appeared in TsiLang.
5. Load TsiLang from external file.

No, this also not working.
Where does your componet gets the information from that this proeprty can be translated? From the DFM file of the form or is the class it self parsed?

When you drop new TsiLang on form you still don't see this property?
TsiLang automatically scans all components on its form and checks if the property is of "handled" type and adds it to the lists. If property is of string type it will be added automatically to the lists.

May be you can try fresh reinstall for your IDE? Because many AV error under IDE indicates that you have problems there.

No. I think if your component is scanning the the problem is in the DFM or in your component. I cannot remove the IDE install all comonents again. I takes a half day to configure all the stuff again.
And in a new project its working so it can only the combination of the DFM and your component. So the best would be if you check the DFM file.

If you delete TsiLang from your form and place new one it must collect all the properties same as on brand new project. If this is not the case then you can only try to delete another components one-by-one from this form to try to detect what could cause such incorrect behaviour.
You send us your DFM but I don't think it will help a lot if you used a lot of 3rd party components. Because we might not have them installed.
