I'm using tsilang under c++ builder 10.2 and just thought I'd update to the latest version.

Now when I compile my program it says there's a missing file
[ilink32 Error] Error: Unable to open file 'SITRANSEDITOR_TOOLBAR.RES'

I'm using tsilang without source so maybe something is missing in that package?
