Without SIB file nothing is changed. No font no language.

I have the form TCrateForm which is the base class for my forms. In this form I translated all DevExpress ConstStrings. If I don't use the SIB file all the properties e.g. filter option of the grid are tranlated.

I did this already 4 times without any change.
Maybe your uninstaller works not correct.
I deleted the directory before starting the installation.

Yes I uninstalled
- directory was completly removed
- installed again
- same problem by clicking on my SIB file
- renamed the file SiExt.dll
- clicked on the file again and CPU usage normal

Is this dll not needed?

Are yor sure that we talk about the same IDE?

I don't know in which directories your files are installed. I install your component always in the same directory and this one was deleted before starting the new installation.
And, yes the CPU usage is still by 90% if I click on my SIB file
