The sales that customers had used the coupon

Since some customers used the coupon to get the discount, The value of "sub-total" in Regkeeper becomes "not correct". How can I tell Regkeeper to also "know" this kind of "discount" of each sales if customers use coupon? Sorry for my english!

Best regards,
Fuwa Fung.

Yea, thanks for the tips. The Task Scheduler service was not starting and I haven't stopped it before. I hope it was not meaning that seems like some kind of behavior of virus/malware. :(

Problem of Demo project in new version (2.0.1.6)

Hi Igor,

I am using Delphi 7 and compiled the Demo of new version of VCL S.A. and double-click it, a message box with message, "Task Scheduler service is not running." will come out. It should not be normal, right?

Hi, Thanks for the quick answer. I finally realize what's the problem. Most service providers like ShareIt! or others just give the first name & last name to us, and so "Registration name" in "Order" tab of each order always empty. It should not be empty if service providers give this to you and Reg...

Hi, If you don't need this field just change the text and delete it from email template. If you need it and it can be parsed from order's source then just configure Parser Indicators to parse this field. Otherwise you can fill it from your key generator DLL using FieldsToModify field. Hi Igor, Than...

Please check the source of keygen DLL and be sure that GenerateKey function declared as following: procedure GenerateKey(KeyGenInfo: PKeyGenRecord; var UnlockCode: PChar; var FileToAttach: PChar); export; stdcall; . In some early installs this function was declared incorrectly in sample DLL...

Hi,

Yes. It can be set in the "Product Data" tab of a product in the "Product" navigation bar. The setting location is the last 2nd Edit Box in that tab.

Best regards,

Hi Igor Siticov, I tried to implement my own keygen plug-in for Regkeeper this few days. I have followed the rules of Regkeeper Keygen plug-in. Upgrade to version 2.0

Hi,

I bought VCL Scheduling Agent 1.05 around June this year. Am I need to "click" "+" button beside the 1 year renewal ($29.00) to pay the "upgrade" price to get version 2.0 ?

Best regards,
Fuwa Fung.
