How does the mechanics of an upgrade work. I have 2.xx, purchased some time ago, over a year ago probably. Does the upgrade install over the exisiting? Do I have to uninstall the 2.xx version first? What about a license, does my existing license just get merged into the new version? What happens if ...

Symbolic IDs
I don't understand why Resource Builder can not handle symbolic IDs.
It seems like such a basic function, I never even thought to check for it before I made my purchase.
You have no intention of ever adding this funcitionality?
