There is no "Arial Unicode" font. The font I referred to is "Arial Unicode MS" font. As far as I know It contains chinese, japanese and korean symbols. In one word it has all you need.

HANGEUL_CHARSET

make sure you are using a font capable of displaying hangul characters. On Windows it might be Batang, Gulim or Arial Unicode MS fonts.

X? Do you mean the "Close" button in Multiline dialog's titlebar?
Try clicking the OK button (that's in the lower part of the dialog).

I tried it on my system. The chinese string returned by GetText looked quite nice to me. (At least it wasn't blank.)

We could not reproduce the bug.
It would be nice if you send us a small sample project so we can track the bug.

If not, go to Control Panel/Regional and language Options. Switch to Advanced tab. Select Chinese (xxx) from the language list. It should work then... The ...

No.
There is no way to make the TPageControl display chinese, unless you work on a chinese OS or, at least, switch your system locale to chinese.
This might be a solution, unless you want your program to 'speak' a third language, that uses a third charset (say, armenian).
