I have already attempted to convert the .sib to utf8 format and then export it to .csv and it continued in ANSI format

Export to csv doesn't work for Greek

I have included Greek translations in the .sib file and need to export the data to .csv format
After exporting, the file remains in ANSI encoding and does not correctly export the Greek translations.
Is there any configuration necessary to perform this export correctly?
